The Consultation

A detailed and comprehensive  process is integral in the successful creation and implementation of a design concept.  And because every project is as unique as the client, we at B&B begin the collaboration with a face to face meeting and a detailed lifestyle questionnaire.  This initial stage is important because the design conceptualization starts here in your space, Inspiration is gathered with your lifestyle in mind, and our relationship with you begins as we get to know each other.

The Concept

Once we understand the aesthetic and functional goals, and how the space should "feel" , our studio begins to develop a proposal. The design concept entails hours of work to outline structural change requirements, space planning, materials selection, lighting needs, and furniture and accessories for a cohesive look.

The design concept will then be presented to you for approval. Upon sign off, the third phase can begin.

The Execution

In this final and longest stage, we begin to schedule work with contractors, procure items, and QA and store them as they arrive.

Upon receiving the final pieces and all structural changes complete, a date is scheduled for the most exciting part of the design process, the installation, and reveal.  This is typically a one to two day endeavor and is very important to B&B because it is the culmination of your project, when we are able to give back to you a transformed home!
